However, due to the sensitive nature of electronic components and their susceptibility to damage from improper installation, we have established the following return policy to ensure fairness and protect against abuse.

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that show signs of use, tampering, or improper installation.

  • Custom or special-order items.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us via email or phone.

  2. The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the return package.

  3. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Inspection and Refunds

  • All returned items will undergo thorough inspection upon receipt.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the item meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • If the product is found to be damaged due to misuse or improper installation, no refund will be provided.

  • In cases where partial damage is identified, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Refund Options

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

  • Alternatively, customers may opt for store credit.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Preventing Abuse

To protect against fraudulent returns:
